Colorization

Colorizing photos is taking a black and white photo and making it color (manually coloring in and blending layers). There is little restoration, beyond cleaning up for the color. Colors are either to client specifications or through research of the time period or era the photo is from

Restoration + Colorization

The most popular of the three, it's a combination. First, the photo is restored (with a black and white cleaned version). Then it's colorized to specifications or by the year of the photo. Keep in mind this doubles the amount of time taken to finish, since it's double the work.
